Common questions

How do I delete my account and all my data?
In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account, every baby profile you own, and all of their records right away. Residual copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I share a baby with my partner?
Open Settings → Partner sharing and generate an invite QR code, then have your partner scan it from their own Bunavi account. Invite codes are single-use and expire after 7 days. You can revoke access any time from the same screen.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your data is stored in the EU, encrypted in transit, never sold, and visible only to you and the caregivers you invite. The app shows no ads and uses no advertising identifiers. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
I got a new phone — how do I get my data back?
Just install Bunavi and sign in with the same method you used before (email and password, or Sign in with Apple / Google). Your data lives in your account, so everything syncs back automatically.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password and enter your email. We'll send a reset link that opens straight back in the app. If you originally signed in with Apple or Google, use that button instead — there's no separate password.
Feeding reminders aren't showing up.
Reminders are off by default. Turn them on under Settings → Feeding reminder, and make sure notifications are allowed for Bunavi in your phone's Settings → Notifications. The app works fully even with notifications off.
Can I switch between metric and imperial, or °C and °F?
Yes — open Settings → Units and choose your preference. Existing entries are converted on the fly; nothing is lost.
